Magazine Analysis - "TV Choice"

Date - Date is with the masthead as it is the first place that the audience will read so the audience will know what the dates are for.
Masthead – Masthead is in red and white. It is in the top left hand corner of the page as it will be the first thing the audience will read as they automatically read from left to right.

Website – small but readable.

Price – The price is also emphasized here as a pug, this will attract the audience as it is a small price.
Coverlines - The coverlines are smaller than the main image and strapline as they are smaller stories lines for different soaps. There are certain words emphasized which shows that something is going to happen, for example, ‘HELL!’.
Pug – In the corner of the page there’s the price which is the pug on this magazine. ‘Only 42p’ will attract the audience as it is cheap.
Dominant main image - This image takes up most of the page and shows Aaron’s facial expressions. Shows he may be the main character.
Strapline - Strapline links with the dominant main image as you can see in the facial expressions that he is not happy, ‘Aaron’s Agony!’ is all in capitals and takes up a lot of the page which will emphasis this to the audience.
Barcode - The barcode is not in an 'original' place on this magazine which makes it different.
